  • President and Founder

    Juan Dellanos began the company in 2006, driven by a lifelong passion for construction and a deep-rooted work ethic. He first stepped onto a job site at just 12 years old, working alongside his father and learning from the hardworking men around him. It was in those early years that Juan realized construction wasn’t just a job—it was his calling.

    When 2006 arrived, Juan knew it was time to take the leap and start his own company. With nothing but determination, skill, and the unwavering support of his wife by his side, he did it all—managing projects, handling clients, and putting in the hard labor himself. Together, they built the foundation of what the company is today.

    Since then, Juan has continued to grow the business with the same hands-on approach, integrity, and passion that started it all.


  • Vice President

    For nearly two decades, Ivette Dellanos has been the cornerstone of the company’s operations. As the original force behind all administrative, financial, and organizational systems, she single-handedly managed the office for 19 years—building processes from the ground up and ensuring the smooth execution of every project behind the scenes. Now, as Vice President, Ivette has transitioned from day-to-day office management to a broader internal support role, focusing on strategy, process improvement, and ensuring the company’s continued strength from within. Her deep institutional knowledge and unwavering commitment continue to shape the company’s foundation and future.

  • Head of Equipment and Site Operations

    Reef plays a dual role on the job site, managing heavy equipment operations—such as the excavator—and serving as an essential part of the labor team. As Head of Equipment, he ensures that all machinery is operated safely and efficiently, supporting the pace and precision of each project. Beyond the equipment, Reef is a dependable and hardworking team member, always ready to jump in wherever needed. His hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and versatility make him a valuable asset to every build.

  • Marketing and Brand Director

    Megan leads the creative vision behind the company’s public presence. From developing compelling video content to managing social media platforms, she handles all marketing efforts in-house with a sharp eye for design and storytelling. Megan is currently spearheading the launch of the company’s first website, working to showcase its legacy, craftsmanship, and future projects in a modern, professional light. Her work bridges the gap between the company’s long-standing reputation and its evolving digital identity, ensuring the brand remains strong, engaging, and true to its roots.
