We’re proud to look back on one of our earliest and most exciting projects — the HGTV Dream Home 2008, a three-story tropical retreat located in the heart of the Florida Keys. Featured on HGTV’s official site, this home was designed to embody coastal elegance, relaxation, and effortless island living — and we were honored to bring it to life.

Described by HGTV as “the ultimate beachfront paradise,” the Islamorada home seamlessly blends bold, colorful exteriors with calming, coastal-inspired interiors. It was crafted to highlight the surrounding white sands, blue skies, and crystal-clear waters — with patios, balconies, and large windows strategically placed to bring the outside in.
